Twenty kilometres from the field: inside our raw material zone

Most of what makes a good can of pineapple happens before the fruit reaches the factory. That is why Grandmarine is built where it is: in Ninh Binh province, 20 km from the Dong Giao pineapple plantation, surrounded by the farms that supply it.

2,500 hectares, owned and contracted

Our raw material zone covers 2,500 hectares of owned and contracted farms. Supply is planned season by season, and raw material storage lets us keep production running all year.

Harvested ripe, processed within hours

Short distances mean fruit can be picked at the right ripeness instead of early, and brought to the line quickly. Freshness and consistency start here, long before specifications like Brix and pH are measured.

Graded before processing

Raw materials are sorted by variety, size and quality before they reach the line. For Queen pineapple, this is what allows us to offer slices, chunks and tidbits to a consistent specification.
